Is GiveGet® a non-profit?
We operate like a for-profit business in that we don’t ask for donations - we facilitate the relationship between charities and businesses. We provide rewards for people who donate to charity and shop with our ethical Partners. We are a 100% for-purpose entity with the goal of getting more funding for charity, lifting the standard of sustainable business practices and providing a framework for large scale behavioural change through shopping incentives.

How does GiveGet® verify the impact of their brand partners?
Before being accepted as a GiveGet® Partner, each brand undergoes a rigorous assessment process that verifies all ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) operations within the company. The assessed topics include: Environmental Protection, Human Rights & Labour, Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption, Health & Safety, Supply Chain Responsibility, Conflict Minerals, Energy Management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, COVID-19, Carbon Footprint, Living Wages and many more.

I've forgotten my password or login details, what do I do?
Navigate to login to your GiveGet® account and click on “Forgot my password”. Enter your email and follow the prompts to reset. If you don’t remember the email address you created the account with, send us an email at email@example.com.
I haven't received a verification email yet?
Check your junk mail to make sure it’s not hiding in there.
There is no verification email in my junk inbox either…If it’s not in your junk mail you might have spelled your email incorrectly when signing up. Give signing up another go by clicking on "sign up" again. If that doesn’t work, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

How old do I need to be to join GiveGet®?
To become a GiveGet® member, you must be 16 years or older to join.
How do I update my details online?
Login to your GiveGet® account and click on your name at the top right of the screen on desktop or click the hamburger menu, scroll to the bottom and click your name on your mobile device.
Rewards & Discounts
How long will I wait to receive my reward?
Vouchers, Tickets, Gift Cards and Experiences will be emailed to your nominated email address within minutes. Product based rewards are dispatched by our partners and will have their own terms and conditions, including delivery information on the relevant reward page. Please allow up to 4 weeks for these sorts of deliveries unless specified otherwise.
How can I redeem my points for a reward?
Once you have earnt enough points through conscious spending, login into your GiveGet® account and click on the “Rewards” tab in the navigation menu. From here you can search rewards from hundreds of leading brands and unlock them by redeeming your points.
Returns, Refunds & Orders
How do refunds and returns work at GiveGet?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be returned or exchanged for GG Points, discounts or other products if you change your mind. If your order is damaged or faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I earn GG Points?
GiveGet® has partnered with leading brands focused on sustainable policies and ACNC registered charities. You will be able to earn points with each transaction when spending or donating to the Partners within our network.
How many GG Points do I earn with each partner?
You will earn 2 GG Points for each $1 spent. You will earn more points for each dollar you spend when you take part in Bonus Point promotions or Offers.
What are “Offers” and “Bonus Points”?
Offers and Bonus Points allow you to earn more points for each dollar spent and build your points balance super quickly! The current Offers will be available for you to view in your account dashboard under “Offers” or provided to you via email.
Do my GG Points ever expire?
Your points do not expire, however you must either earn or redeem any amount of points at least once in a 24 month period to keep your account active. Accounts with no activity for 24 months will be closed and lose their points.
How can I check how many GG Points I have?
Login to your account and your points balance will be displayed at the top of the page under “Account Summary”.
